90 Minute One to One

This is a 90-minute session where we will discover what brought you to this moment, where you want to land, what’s in the way of you having what you want right now.
We will clear the thing that’s preventing you from that outcome. I will teach you how to continue this work of finding and clearing obstacles on your own should anything else arise in the future and how to tell when and if that happens.
By the end of this session, you will know for yourself without a doubt that you have shifted.

A 60min Deep dive session where we find out what brought you to this moment, What’s the outcome you want to create and what’s preventing you from getting there. We will create a plan to focus on achieving the outcome you are looking for. We will be clearing those blocks and by the end of this session you will know how to find these blocks as they arise, and clear them easily.
This session is followed by 5 more 60-minute weekly sessions where we will tweak the plan as we go, continue clearing obstacles and refocus on the outcome while supporting your accountability.
This journey will also include texting support. You will be able to text me with things that may come up along the way so we can address them in real time and you won’t have to wait for the next session.
The sessions are flexible in that if you or I need to skip a session due to vacations, emergencies or unforeseen events we will still have the sessions we agreed to. We'll just add the skipped session the next available date that works for us. We will give each other at least 12hrs notice. Forgetting about our meeting is not an option.
